- Christopher Hall Review added: 2017.12.21★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆WRITTEN OVER 1 YEAR AGO: In August 2016, I purchased 4 boxes of different flavour chocolate discs, which totaled £20.00. However, two were very weak in flavour and the other two completely flavourless. Ultimately, a waste of money. Have emailed the company twice but did not get a response. The shop looks great and very pleasant assistant behind the counter, but with regards to taste...simply nothing special. What a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
UPDATE DECEMBER 2017: After a response from the company via google reviews (which coincidentally happened to be just before the Easter of 2017), the business wanted me to resend my emails which I did and I had a response from them. 8 months on, they have edited their response with an ‘update’ wrongly stating that they have not heard from me, when in fact all emails were resent as requested and they did respond. I still have a copy of the emails. I did exactly what they asked and this was acknowledged by the business. Nothing more to be said. STILL VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE!!!
